Windows 3.1 Trumpet Winsock Configuration
Step 1:
Double click on the Trumpet Winsock Dialer icon
Step 2:
The application will open and appear similar to this.
Push "esc" to stop the application from dialing.
If you click on File then "PPP options" you can change the dialup username and password.
Then click on "File" and "setup"
Step 3:
Insert all the details as follows. For troubleshooting purposes, you can try leaving out the domain suffix as well as inserting a dummy IP address. Once you have inserted the necessary information, click OK.
Step 4:
Then click on "Dialer" . If you click on "setup.cmd" you will be able to change the telephone number and insert extra settings for the modem.
